Where it sits
Mirage Estate is the upper part of Pangzhen. PowerPyx calls it the 8th region and says you can enter only after opening the door in the Green Serpent House during the story. It also says Mirage Estate's collectibles are counted under Pangzhen on the map, while the Archive counts them separately. Its page links on to Mount Soulrend.
Sources count the world differently. Eight regions or maps: Gamersky's chapter list (from TheGamer), Gamersky's preview ('eight complete maps') and the Game Rant list. Nine: PowerPyx, which counts Mirage Estate separately even though it sits inside Pangzhen. Five: PCGamesN, which calls five 'main regions', as relayed by GCORES.

How we handle it: The names do not conflict, only the count. We use the eight-region chapter list for the table and treat Mirage Estate as part of Pangzhen. S-GAME has not published a map count.
The point of no return
Point of no return 1: entering Mirage Estate in Pangzhen. The door opens at the end of the main quest 'The Four Serpent Houses': you bring an item from each of the White, Black and Red Serpent House areas to the back door of the Green Serpent House. If required quests are still open, the game warns you before you go on.
Names are in a fold because they are story spoilers. Yuding is a required fight by PowerPyx's trophy guide and Lei Dang's trophy is on Steam. Game Rant calls the Lei Dang fight two-phase and places it at the Perfect Vessel Pond. PowerPyx does not say whether Qiu Feng or Mo Yuan are optional.
PowerPyx lists Use It Against Them and Heart of the Fist among this page's clean-up, but both start on the sixth floor of the Crimson Forest Sha-Chi Tower, not in the estate.

Mirage treasures
Mirage Estate: 3 treasures returned to Zhang pay out Thundermoon Lantern (accessory).
The Opera Ticket is a key item on an altar on the north side of the Training Grounds area. After using it, a Quick Hand treasure sits in the first building on the left inside the Opera House, and a Jade Mask tempering material is on the ground by the last lantern after you leave the boat.
The Bell is Zhang's Hideout (Mirage Estate) Bell, in the cave behind it. Returning the 3 treasures pays out the Thundermoon Lantern. PowerPyx lists them as the General's Bronze Mirror (Training Grounds), the Gold-and-Silver Sachet (inside the Opera House) and the Golden Cloud-Moon Hairpin (Perfect Vessel Estate).

Reported· PowerPyx Game Rant says you can fast travel back and use the Tiger Cannon on rock walls in earlier regions. The specific wall locations and rewards are PowerPyx's. Entering Mirage Estate also freezes the lake by the Burial Grounds Bell, per PowerPyx's Crimson Forest note.

How do you get into Mirage Estate?

From Lei Dang, the Tiger Cannon, at the Perfect Vessel Pond in Mirage Estate. PowerPyx and Game Rant agree on this. Game Rant calls it a two-phase fight, and says that once you hold the Tiger Cannon you can fast travel back and blow open rock walls in earlier regions.
Pick up the Opera Ticket, a key item on an altar on the north side of the Training Grounds area, and use it. PowerPyx lists a Quick Hand treasure and a Jade Mask tempering material inside the Opera House scenes.
Collect the three Nuo Mask fragments PowerPyx names (Sorrow near the Back Hill Bell, Wrath near the Opera House Bell and Joy at the Willow Pavilion Bell), then give them to the Old Beggar at the Nuo Mask Altar. PowerPyx does not say how many fragments he wants.
