Four Blackstone Fragments fuse into one Blackstone that permanently adds 10% to your damage. Below are 16 spots in four regions that at least two guides describe the same way, then 26 more that only one guide lists. Reported · PowerPyx

Guides call these Shards or Fragments; Steam says "Blackstones" for the finished item. We cross-checked PowerPyx, Fextralife and Game8 and rewrote each spot in our own words. A spot goes in the main tables only when at least two of them agree. Anything seen by one guide sits in its own section, marked single-source. Missable?
None of the seven PowerPyx region pages marks a Sha-Chi Amber Shard, Blackstone Shard or Memory Flower as missable, and PowerPyx says anything not flagged can be collected in free roam after the story. It does warn that some Side Tales become missable if you push the story too far, that defeated enemies do not respawn, and that some enemy-dropped Memory Flowers are buggy in the Mandate Encampment.

Achievement
Steam has three collection achievements: Complete Mastery (collect 10 Sha-Chi Ambers), Leave No Stone Unturned (collect 10 Blackstones) and Listen to Every Flower (collect 10 Memory Flowers). The PS5 list we hold has only Listen to Every Flower for these three.

Locations two guides agree on

Regions follow story order, as on the map and regions page. Fragments sit in chests, lie on the ground or drop from a particular enemy. Enemies do not respawn, so a missed drop will not come back.

Game8 has only two Weeping Creek Valley fragments so far, both already in the first table, and its Crimson Forest and Village of Lu sections say it is still investigating. PowerPyx lists none for Mount Soulrend.

The guides disagree on how many Blackstone Fragments each region holds. PowerPyx's headers add up to 40, its walkthroughs list 39, Fextralife lists 18 and Game8 lists 2.

How we handle it: We show every count side by side. Treat 40 as PowerPyx's total, not a confirmed number. PowerPyx counts Mirage Estate inside the Pangzhen header.
