Phantom Blade Zero Memory Flower locations
Memory Flowers are story collectibles that permanently raise your maximum HP once a memory is complete. Below are 31 spots in five regions that two guides describe the same way, plus a list of the memories and their HP bonus. Reported· PowerPyx
The count is far from settled, so this page is a work in progress. We cross-checked PowerPyx and Fextralife and rewrote each spot in our own words. A spot goes in the main tables only when both guides point to the same landmark. PowerPyx numbers its early flowers without naming the memory, so those were matched by description, and any flower that could be either of two is left out. What they do
Memory Flowers are found as fragments in groups of 2 to 6. Completing a group finishes that memory, adds story detail and permanently raises Soul's maximum HP; Fextralife says 5%, 7% or 10% depending on the memory. Reviewers also tie them to unlocking some character skills.
Sources disagree on how many Memory Flowers exist: PowerPyx counts 129, while Fextralife has documented 20 memories made of 60 petals across four regions and says its list is partial.

How we handle it: The two outlets may count different things (whole memories or single petals) and Fextralife is still filling gaps. PowerPyx's own Weeping Creek Valley page shows 1, against Fextralife's 7 memories there. Treat every figure as provisional until a full in-game count exists.
Missable?
None of the seven PowerPyx region pages marks a Sha-Chi Amber Shard, Blackstone Shard or Memory Flower as missable, and PowerPyx says anything not flagged can be collected in free roam after the story. It does warn that some Side Tales become missable if you push the story too far, that defeated enemies do not respawn, and that some enemy-dropped Memory Flowers are buggy in the Mandate Encampment.
Steam has three collection achievements: Complete Mastery (collect 10 Sha-Chi Ambers), Leave No Stone Unturned (collect 10 Blackstones) and Listen to Every Flower (collect 10 Memory Flowers). The PS5 list we hold has only Listen to Every Flower for these three.
Fextralife lists these 20 memories so far. Petals can be found out of order, and the HP bonus is paid when the last petal is in. In its list, memories of one or two petals give 5%, three or four give 7%, and six give 10%. Only Fextralife publishes this table, so treat it as single-source. Reported· Fextralife

How many Memory Flowers are there?
PowerPyx counts 129 across the game. Fextralife has listed 60 petals in 20 memories so far and says its list is partial, so the real total is not settled.
A Memory Flower is a memory made of 2 to 6 petals. Finishing one adds story detail and permanently raises Soul's maximum HP; Fextralife puts the bonus at 5%, 7% or 10% depending on the memory.
The Steam achievement Listen to Every Flower asks you to collect 10 Memory Flowers. It does not say whether that means finished memories or single petals, so we are checking it in game.
No guide we checked marks one as missable, but some petals need a tool or a boss kill first, and Side Tales can be missed if you push the story. Clear each region before moving on.
