Phantom Blade Zero Sha-Chi Amber Fragment locations
Four Sha-Chi Amber Fragments fuse into one Amber that adds 10% to Soul's maximum Sha-Chi. Below are 14 spots in four regions that two guides describe the same way, then 28 more that only one guide lists. Reported· PowerPyx
Guides call these Shards or Fragments; Steam says "Sha-Chi Ambers" for the finished item. We cross-checked PowerPyx, Fextralife and Game8 and rewrote each spot in our own words. A spot goes in the main tables only when at least two of them agree. Anything seen by one guide sits in its own section, marked single-source. What it does
Four Sha-Chi Amber Shards combine into one whole Sha-Chi Amber, and each whole Amber permanently raises Soul's maximum Sha-Chi by 10%.
None of the seven PowerPyx region pages marks a Sha-Chi Amber Shard, Blackstone Shard or Memory Flower as missable, and PowerPyx says anything not flagged can be collected in free roam after the story. It does warn that some Side Tales become missable if you push the story too far, that defeated enemies do not respawn, and that some enemy-dropped Memory Flowers are buggy in the Mandate Encampment.
Steam has three collection achievements: Complete Mastery (collect 10 Sha-Chi Ambers), Leave No Stone Unturned (collect 10 Blackstones) and Listen to Every Flower (collect 10 Memory Flowers). The PS5 list we hold has only Listen to Every Flower for these three.
Regions follow story order, as on the map and regions page. Fragments mostly sit in chests or drop from a specific enemy. Enemies do not respawn, so a missed drop will not come back.

Beat the elite enemy that keeps the red thread barrier up near the Broken Puppet Valley Bell. The chest is next to where it stood. Game8 describes the chest as sitting in a ravine south of that Bell.

Cliffside path past Rustblade Pavilion
From the Rustblade Pavilion Bell, climb the stairs and follow the cliffside path up a short wall. A pile of crates hides an enemy that drops the fragment. Fextralife calls it a female puppet with a weapon in each hand.

Wooden house at the Outpost
Once you own the axe, use it on the blocked way beside the Outpost Bell, climb to the wooden house and kill the enemy inside. PowerPyx names the tool the Dread Axe.

Long Pillar tunnel
Unlock the door at Long Pillar Overlook with the Rusted Loong Key and defeat the enemies in the tunnel behind it. Fextralife says the heavy club fighters near the cages are the ones carrying it.

In the underground prison of the Thieves' Camp, defeat the two enemies down the ladder (one carries the Cave Prison Key). The fragment lies on the floor under the wooden platform.

Climb back up with the Cave Prison Key and open the locked cell. The chest inside holds the fourth fragment.

Game8 has only three Weeping Creek Valley fragments so far, all already in the first table, and its Crimson Forest and Village of Lu sections say it is still investigating. Mount Soulrend has none according to PowerPyx.
