The Undying Heroic Spirit

This is a Side Tale, not an item, achievement or mechanism. From the Myst's Tavern bell, go into the large room and speak with the Purple-Robed "Wolf" Leader after you have defeated the Chief Disciple of the Seven-Stars Formation in the Mandate Encampment; he then gives Shattered "Hero's Courage", which is what lets you collect the memory flowers left by friendly NPCs who turn hostile.
