Flesh Lily is a Tale that Yu'er gives you early in Weeping Creek Valley. You fetch a rare flower from an optional boss, hand it over, and finish the tale much later in Pangzhen. Reported· Game8

What it is
Flesh Lily is a Tale, which is Phantom Blade Zero's word for a side quest. It is also the name of the item you carry for it. Game8 calls it a Tale, Fextralife calls it a quest and PowerPyx lists it under Tales.
Yu'er gives you the tale. Asking her how to save her father starts it, and PowerPyx says it is accepted automatically when you talk to her. Guides place that first meeting in different spots.

The lilies
Beat Hua, then take the Twin Flesh Lilies from beside the altar. All three guides place the flowers there, and Game8 says picking them up moves the tale on.
Whether the first half can be missed is disputed. PowerPyx's trophy page says to hand the Flesh Lily to Yu'er before beating Bai Chilian, Lady of the Twin Serpents, in Crimson Forest, and calls all three Healer's Legacy tales easy to miss. Its Weeping Creek Valley page does not mark the tale as missable.

Rewards are reported differently. Fextralife lists a Flesh Lily item, and Game8's summary lists the Scarlet Wraithblade, which is the weapon Hua gives when beaten. PowerPyx says that finishing the Pangzhen half lets the old man give the Blessed Jade Pendant accessory.

How we handle it: Game8's Scarlet Wraithblade is most likely Hua's own reward rather than a tale payout, but it does not say so. The Blessed Jade Pendant comes from PowerPyx alone. The Healer's Legacy achievement is the one confirmed reward.

2. Reach Hua's arena
The Twin Flesh Lilies are in the arena of the optional boss Hua, Deadly Betrothed, at Flesh Lily Fields. Game8 and PowerPyx both start from the Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor Bell: go round the back of the tower, drop through a hole, slide down a wooden bridge and follow the path to its end. Reported· Game8
Game8 says go left and PowerPyx says go right at the start, so follow the tower's back wall rather than trusting a direction. A Bell called Flesh Lily Fields sits in the same arena.

4. Give them to Yu'er
Take the lilies back to Yu'er at the Outpost, which you can fast travel to. She keeps one and gives the other back to you, and you choose the dialogue option about using the Flesh Lily as a token. Game8 and Fextralife both describe this. Reported· Game8
The guides name the place differently: Weeping Creek Valley Outpost (Game8), Mandate Outpost (Fextralife), Outpost Bell (PowerPyx). Fextralife adds that Yu'er moves there after you beat The Axemaster.
5. Finish the tale in Pangzhen
The tale finishes in Pangzhen, after the story reaches that region. PowerPyx says to beat Chang Hong, The Thunder Spear, go into Yu'er's home directly ahead and use the Flesh Lily on the old man. Fextralife describes it as escorting Yu'er home. Reported· PowerPyx The region is covered on the Pangzhen guide.

The Healer's Legacy also needs Apprentice Healer and A Healer's Mercy, both from Yu'er. PowerPyx marks them missable at Crimson Forest boss fights, so see the Crimson Forest guide for their deadlines.
A second lily after Blaze
PowerPyx lists a Crimson Flesh Lily key item as a pickup after beating Blaze, and Game8's table lists a lily next to Blaze's Fire Meteor. No guide we read links it to Yu'er's tale. After unlock We keep it apart from the tale until a guide or our own run shows what it does.
Collectible Quests
Game8 files a few quests under "Collectible Quests", meaning exploration side quests. Flesh Lily is not one of them; the list is short and all from the merchant Quick Hand Zhang. Reported· Game8
The Wily Hare's Three Dens. The Wily Hare's Three Dens starts when you free Quick Hand Zhang from the cage near the Trail of Cages Bell and talk to him. Game8 gives the Quick Hand Pendant as its reward. PowerPyx separately says Zhang gives that pendant if you freed him. Reported· Game8
Quick Hand's Request. Quick Hand's Request starts when you talk to Zhang at his hideout near the Thieves' Camp Bell in Crimson Forest. Three treasures there earn the Flying Dagger. Game8, PowerPyx and PC Gamer agree on the start and the reward. Reported· Game8
PowerPyx's Lost and Found section counts the treasures per region as 3 in Crimson Forest, 3 in the Village of Lu, 4 in Pangzhen, 4 at Meigu Lake and 3 in Mirage Estate, 17 in all. Both. It is a Tale (side quest) that Yu'er gives you, and the flower you collect for it is also called the Flesh Lily.
