What the Deluxe outfits look like
Steam shows both Deluxe outfits in one promotional image but does not label which is which, so we do not either.
Legacy is the pre-order outfit. Pre-ordering either edition unlocked it early, and S-GAME says it can also be obtained through in-game progression, so you do not need the Deluxe Edition for it.
Standard Edition owners can add both Deluxe outfits, the in-game digital art book and the in-game soundtrack with the $10 Deluxe Edition Upgrade DLC on Steam. It does not include the base game.
Game Rant says the Legacy outfit comes from the secret Perfect ending (spoiler) or from a pre-order. Game8 and the fan wiki only say 'normal progression' and give no step. No second outlet confirms the Perfect-ending route.
Deluxe also holds a digital art book and soundtrack, which do not change play.

Menu path
Open the map screen, go to the Character tab and switch the category to Appearance to change outfit. You can also show or hide the headgear for every outfit there. Only Game Rant describes this.
Outfit count: Game Rant says there are 8 in total; TechWiser's list shows only 3 named outfits plus the default (Legacy, Wulin Legend, Blood-Steel Form). TechWiser's list reads as a pre-launch snapshot, so the two may not contradict, but we cannot reconcile them yet.

Names Game Rant lists
Game Rant names the other outfits: Black Scarf (Fugitive), the default; Sanguine, unlocked from the start; The Hunt and Kindred, unlocked after any ending; Blizzard, from the Perfect-ending requirements without finishing every Long Pillar challenge. Single outlet, English names unverified in game.
Buying the game on the Epic Games Store also gives the Soul Outfit, Sanguine Pickaxe and Sanguine Back Bling in Fortnite. They are Fortnite items and do not add anything inside Phantom Blade Zero.
The Epic Games Store bonus is for Fortnite and does not unlock anything in this game. Some of the unlock rules above touch the ending, so open them only if you accept spoilers; see endings.
